1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to nexusiip.ai, public website interactions, founder-access requests, and communications sent to NexusIIP. It does not automatically govern information processed inside a customer deployment, secure workspace, investigation, or professional engagement. Those activities may be governed by a separate agreement, statement of work, data-processing addendum, confidentiality obligation, or client instruction.
2. Information we may collect
Information you provide. We may receive your name, email address, organization, professional role, requested subscription tier, message content, and other information you voluntarily submit.
Technical information. Our hosting, security, and infrastructure providers may process limited technical information such as IP address, browser and device type, requested pages, timestamps, referring pages, diagnostic information, and security events.
Communications. If you contact us, we may retain the message, attachments, routing information, and our response.
Do not send sensitive case material through the public website
Do not submit passwords, access codes, Social Security numbers, full financial account numbers, protected health information, classified information, controlled unclassified information, privileged material, confidential case files, or other sensitive records through a public form or ordinary email unless NexusIIP has provided an approved secure intake method and confirmed that the material is authorized for that environment.
3. How we use information
- Respond to inquiries, evaluate founder-access requests, and communicate about NexusIIP.
- Operate, secure, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the website and related services.
- Prevent abuse, fraud, unauthorized activity, and threats to users, systems, or the public.
- Maintain business, compliance, accounting, and communication records.
- Enforce agreements, protect rights, and comply with lawful requests and legal obligations.
We do not use information submitted through the public website to make automated eligibility decisions about employment, housing, credit, insurance, public benefits, or similar high-impact matters.
4. How information may be disclosed
We may disclose information to service providers that support hosting, security, email, cloud infrastructure, professional services, and business operations. We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to valid legal process, investigate misconduct, protect safety or rights, or complete a business reorganization or transfer.
Service providers are permitted to process information only for authorized purposes and subject to their agreements and applicable law.
5. No sale or behavioral advertising
NexusIIP does not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising and do not intentionally operate third-party behavioral advertising on this website. If our practices materially change, this policy will be updated before the new practice begins where required.
6. Cookies, infrastructure, and preference signals
The public site is designed without advertising cookies. Our infrastructure providers may use necessary cookies, request logs, or similar technologies for delivery, security, abuse prevention, and diagnostics. Because we do not sell personal information or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising, there is presently no separate sale or targeted-advertising opt-out. Where legally required, we will treat recognized browser-based privacy signals, including Global Privacy Control, as requests concerning activities covered by those signals.
7. Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including responding to inquiries, maintaining business records, protecting legal rights, meeting contractual or legal obligations, resolving disputes, and preventing abuse. Retention periods depend on the nature of the information, the reason it was collected, the sensitivity involved, and applicable requirements. Information no longer reasonably needed is deleted, de-identified, or securely disposed of when practicable.
8. Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information and the current operating environment. No transmission, storage system, or security measure can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You are responsible for using approved channels and avoiding unnecessary submission of sensitive information.
9. Your choices and privacy requests
Depending on where you live and the law that applies, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or information about certain uses or disclosures. We may need to verify your identity and authority before completing a request, and lawful exceptions may apply.
Send privacy requests to Support@NexusIIP.ai with the subject line NexusIIP Privacy Request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right provided by applicable law.
10. California disclosures
During the preceding 12 months, the categories of personal information we may have collected through this website include identifiers, professional or employment-related information, internet or electronic activity information, and communications you chose to provide. We collect and disclose those categories for the business purposes described above. We do not sell those categories or share them for cross-context behavioral advertising. California residents may submit applicable requests using the contact method above.
11. Children
NexusIIP is intended for professional and business users and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through this website. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.
12. International access
NexusIIP is operated from the United States. Information may be processed in the United States and other locations where our service providers operate. Where applicable law requires additional transfer safeguards, those requirements will be addressed through appropriate contractual or operational measures.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the website, services, or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Material changes will be presented through an appropriate notice when required.
