1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to the public marketing pages at nexusiip.ai, requests for a pilot or founder-access conversation, and related communications with NexusIIP, LLC. We operate in Lee County, Georgia and serve a United States audience.
Client deployments, authenticated evidence portals and professional engagements have separate access and data-handling arrangements. Their applicable agreements, confidentiality obligations, notices and client instructions govern that work. Public website inquiry records are stored separately from evidence-portal matter records.
2. Information we may collect
Information you provide. The inquiry form collects your name, work email, firm or organization, professional role, selected pilot or founder plan, billing preference when applicable and message. It also records whether your interest is a paid pilot or founder access. Only name and email are required contact fields. Email communications may contain other information you choose to send.
Information recorded with an inquiry. We store the submission time, country derived from the network request, browser user-agent information and an IP-derived abuse-prevention identifier with the inquiry. This identifier is not a guarantee of anonymity. Cloudflare also processes the network IP address to deliver the site and apply abuse controls.
Website and technical information. Hosting and security services may process requested pages, network addresses, timestamps, device/browser information, diagnostics and security events. Optional cookie-free Cloudflare Web Analytics measures public-site visits and page performance only after you accept as described in our Cookie Policy.
Communications. If you contact us, we may retain the message, attachments, routing information, and our response.
Do not send sensitive case material through the public website
Do not submit passwords, access codes, Social Security numbers, full financial account numbers, protected health information, classified information, controlled unclassified information, privileged material, confidential case files, or other sensitive records through a public form or ordinary email unless NexusIIP has provided an approved secure intake method and confirmed that the material is authorized for that environment.
3. How we use information
- Respond to inquiries, evaluate paid-pilot and founder-access requests, and arrange a relevant business conversation.
- Operate, secure, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the website and related services.
- Prevent abuse, fraud, unauthorized activity, and threats to users, systems, or the public.
- Maintain business, compliance, accounting, and communication records.
- Enforce agreements, protect rights, and comply with lawful requests and legal obligations.
We do not use information submitted through the public website to make automated eligibility decisions about employment, housing, credit, insurance, public benefits, or similar high-impact matters.
Sending an inquiry is not enrollment in an optional marketing mailing list, a purchase or a recurring subscription.
4. How information may be disclosed
Cloudflare provides website delivery, security, inquiry database storage and email delivery. Inquiry details are stored in our marketing database and may be included in an email notification to the NexusIIP team handling pilot and founder-access inquiries. Our personnel and email providers may process the message and follow-up correspondence. Optional public-site analytics uses Cloudflare only after you accept. It does not use cookies or browser fingerprinting, and it does not track private portal or case activity.
We may also disclose relevant information to professional advisers, to comply with law or valid legal process, to investigate abuse or protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business reorganization or transfer. Providers' handling is subject to their applicable terms and privacy notices; see Cloudflare's Privacy Policy. Links to independent sites, such as LinkedIn, take you to services with their own practices.
5. No sale or behavioral advertising
This public marketing website does not sell inquiry information, use advertising pixels or share inquiry information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Optional performance analytics is separate from advertising. If these website practices materially change, we will update this notice and provide any legally required choices before the new practice begins.
6. Cookies, infrastructure, and preference signals
The public site does not set advertising cookies. Necessary delivery and security processing is separate from optional analytics. Optional analytics stays off until you accept and you can reject or withdraw through Cookie Policy and preferences. We keep the optional beacon off when the browser exposes Global Privacy Control (GPC) or Do Not Track (DNT). Neither signal prevents necessary security processing or use of information you ask us to process in an inquiry.
We do not use this website to track your activity over time across unrelated third-party websites for advertising. Our Cookie Policy describes provider technologies, local preference storage and browser controls.
7. Retention
Inquiry database records, email correspondence and infrastructure records can have different retention needs. Retention decisions consider the status of the inquiry or engagement, the need for business and security records, contractual or legal obligations, and disputes or legal holds. Contact us to request review or deletion of information you supplied; applicable obligations and exceptions may limit removal.
8. Security
The public site uses HTTPS and separates marketing inquiry storage from matter storage. The inquiry endpoint validates input and includes abuse controls. These measures do not make a public form an approved secure intake channel for case material. No transmission or storage system is completely secure. 9. Your choices and privacy requests
You may contact us to ask about information you submitted, request a correction or request deletion. Depending on your state, the activity involved and whether a law applies to NexusIIP, you may have additional rights to access, receive a copy, correct or delete personal information, opt out of specified processing, or appeal a request decision. This notice does not assert that every state privacy law applies to this website.
Send requests to Support@NexusIIP.ai with the subject NexusIIP Privacy Request. Identify the email address used for your inquiry and describe the request. An authorized agent should identify that role; an appeal should identify the earlier request. Do not send identity documents, passwords or sensitive matter details in the first message. We may need proportionate information to verify identity or authority, and legal exceptions may apply. We will not discriminate against you for exercising rights provided by applicable law.
10. United States state disclosures
The current website categories are contact identifiers, professional information, inquiry preferences and messages, and network or electronic activity information, described in Section 2. Sources are you, your browser and our infrastructure provider. Purposes, recipients, retention criteria and request contacts are described above. California and other United States residents may use the same contact method for applicable requests. Our marketing website is not an invitation to submit sensitive personal information.
11. Children
NexusIIP is intended for professional and business users and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through this website. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.
12. Where information is handled
NexusIIP operates from the United States for a United States audience. Our providers use distributed infrastructure, so this public-site notice does not promise that every network request or record remains within a particular state or country. Any engagement requiring a specific processing location must establish that requirement in its separate written agreement before information is shared.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the website, practices or legal requirements change. We will publish the revised policy with its effective date and describe material changes here, with additional notice or choices where required. This September 23, 2026 revision explains optional cookie-free public-site analytics and the controls to accept, reject or withdraw.
