1. Scope
This policy applies to the United States public marketing website operated by NexusIIP, LLC in Lee County, Georgia. It supplements our Privacy Policy. Separate authenticated portals can use different session and access technologies; their agreed terms and notices govern those services.
2. Necessary delivery and security
The public marketing application does not set an advertising cookie or require a login cookie to browse its pages. Cloudflare delivers and protects the site and processes network requests, including IP addresses. Depending on the security checks applied to a request, Cloudflare may use necessary security cookies. These are separate from optional analytics and cannot be switched off through the analytics control below.
Cloudflare describes its product-dependent cookies in its cookie documentation. That list does not mean every listed cookie is used on this website. Browser cache used to deliver pages is also separate from analytics.
3. Optional analytics and your choice
Optional analytics are not enabled on this website. There is no optional analytics choice to save.
If optional Cloudflare Web Analytics is enabled, we load its beacon only after you accept. It measures page visits and performance and can report page paths, referring sites, country, device type, browser and operating system. Cloudflare describes this service as not tracking individual visitors across its customers' sites. See its collection documentation and data dimensions.
Accepting or rejecting is optional and does not affect your ability to browse or send an inquiry. No analytics banner appears when optional analytics are not enabled.
4. How a choice is remembered
When analytics are enabled and you make a choice, we store “accepted” or “declined” in your browser's local storage under nexusiip-analytics-choice-v1. This preference is not an advertising identifier and is not sent with the inquiry form. It stays in that browser until you change it or clear the site's storage. It is not shared across your devices or browser profiles.
If storage is unavailable or JavaScript is disabled, the optional beacon stays off. Clearing storage removes your saved choice and returns analytics to off until you accept again.
5. Browser signals and other controls
This website keeps optional analytics off when your browser exposes Global Privacy Control (GPC) or sends Do Not Track (DNT) through its browser setting. These are different signals; we use either as a reason to keep the optional beacon off. Necessary delivery, security processing and responding to your inquiry continue.
You can also use your browser settings to clear site data or block cookies. Blocking necessary cookies may interfere with security checks or access to separate authenticated services. We do not use this marketing site for cross-site behavioral advertising.
6. Changes and contact
We update the date above when this policy changes and describe material changes in the revised policy. Questions about browser storage or privacy can be sent to Support@NexusIIP.ai. Please do not include confidential matter information.
