How pricing works

One number covers the work you expect to do.

Credits are the meter. Your plan includes a set number of credits each month, and a matter draws them according to its difficulty. Every plan includes enough to run a matter in the first month, so nobody is waiting to get going.

Solo credits roll over. Professional and Team credits are monthly. A solo practitioner may not have a matter every month, so unused credits carry forward until you need them. The larger plans include more each month, sized to be used within it. Credits you buy never expire on any plan, and we use your included credits first, so the ones you paid for are the last to go.

Difficulty sets the cost, not page count. A thousand clean pages can take an afternoon; three hundred pages of bad scans and conflicting records can take days. We scope the material, tell you what it draws, and you approve before anything starts.

You will not be surprised by an invoice. If a matter turns out harder than it looked, we come back to you before doing the extra work, not after. If a month runs busier than your included credits cover, you add more deliberately and in advance.
